Ways on how to burn more fat:
Get a check list ready in order to discipline yourself to carry on with your weight loss plan.
- Having a full glass of water first thing in the morning
- Eating breakfast
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day
- Evening walk after dinner
Eat Breakfast
Eat breakfast is to get our metabolism started and keep our metabolism rate boosting all day. Our metabolism will run slower if we skip breakfast and eat only on mid-morning or during lunch. When our metabolism running slower, it means our body are not burning extra fat.
Eating breakfast will prevent us to feel over hungry and overeating during lunch.
Eating breakfast will keep us full of energy day long and lower our stress levels.
Imagine our metabolism as a stove. We need to put in a sufficient amount, not too much, not too less, of firewood to the stove to keep the fire burning. Same apply to our metabolism, so try to eat 5 to 6 small portion of meals per day. It will keep our metabolism burning fat throughout the day.
Our metabolism will actually shut down if we eating big portion of meals.
Exercise
Get start with at least 30 minutes exercise a day. You may schedule your exercise either in the morning before you start your day or in the evening after work.
Exercising in the morning is actually help to burn up to 2 times more fat compare to the rest of the time of a day. When we sleep, our body already used up all the carbohydrates as energy for our body functions. When we wake up in the morning our body does not have any carbohydrates as energy therefore morning’s exercise is to burn off our body fat instead of energy.
Make an effort to go for 30 minutes walk after dinner, you will see a Big difference. It will keep our metabolism higher, to burn even more calories and fat.
